Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Northern Sola Luv will refund a product if there is damage to the product and the request of the refund is made within 3 days of the recipients delivery date as tracked by shipping provider
• Norther Sola Luv will refund a order that is not recieved as pictured . I/E
• Process for return - message our page to request a return 
• Refunds will be made alone the return of items in the state of which they are expected. Color issues and style issues are expected to be returned with no damage, or refund will not be a available.
• custom work is non refundable unless their is evidence of damage
